How do I connect my WhatsApp account?
Once your account is approved, go to the Pair Code or QR Code section of the dashboard. Enter your phone number, select a browser profile, and either enter the 8-digit code in WhatsApp's Linked Devices — or scan the QR code. The session is saved automatically and restored on every restart.
What happens to my running tasks if the server restarts?
Tasks are persisted to the database. When the server comes back up, it reads all tasks that were "running" or "paused" and resumes them automatically from the exact message index they were on — paused tasks stay paused, running tasks continue sending.
Can I send to both individual numbers and groups?
Yes. You can send to one or more phone numbers, or select multiple WhatsApp groups from your account's group list (shown with profile pictures). Group and number tasks can run simultaneously on the same or different sessions.
What format should my message file be in?
A plain .txt file with one message per line. You can include as many messages as you like. The server will send them in order, and when the last message is sent, it loops back to the first — repeating indefinitely until you stop the task.
What is the minimum and maximum delay between messages?
The delay is configurable between 30 seconds and 300 seconds (5 minutes) per message. This is enforced server-side and cannot be bypassed from the client. The interruptible delay means you can still stop the task within 500ms regardless of the current delay setting.
Can I manage multiple WhatsApp numbers?
Yes. You can connect multiple WhatsApp numbers (sessions) under a single account. Each session appears as a card in the Sessions panel. You can switch your active session at any time and run independent campaigns on each one simultaneously.
How do I get access to the platform?
Click "Request Access" and fill in the signup form. Your registration will be reviewed by the admin. You'll be able to log in once your account is approved. The platform is private and access is granted manually to ensure quality control.
